Is my resume kept private?

Yes. Nothing is public unless you publish your site. Your resume data is never shared.

What's free vs paid?

Creating and previewing your site is free. Refolio Pro is required to publish and host your site live on the web.

What does Refolio Pro include?

A custom subdomain (your own shareable website link), AI generation credits (10/month or 100/year), and fully managed website hosting. Try Refolio Pro free for 7 days.

How much does it cost?

Refolio Pro is $2.99/month or $9.99/year. We offer a 7-day free trial.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Your site stays live for 7 days after cancellation, and your domain is reserved for 30 days. You can resubscribe to bring back your site.

Can I download my site?

Yes. Pro users can download a full backup of their portfolio as a ZIP file anytime.

I subscribed to Refolio Pro but did not receive my credits!

During the free trial, you receive a limited number of credits. Your full credit balance is unlocked after your first payment. If you have any issues, contact support@myrefolio.com.
